A plain-language description of the terms this build operates under. It is not a substitute for reviewed legal terms, which are required before a commercial launch.
The service
Dyaan reads public Earth-observation archives and reports what it measures. Availability depends on those upstream archives; when a source is unavailable Dyaan reports the failure rather than substituting an estimate.
Fitness for purpose
Near-real-time fire detections are provisional and are not a substitute for official emergency information. Surface-water figures describe the JRC 1984–2021 record at 30 m resolution and carry that record's known limitations. Do not use Dyaan as the sole basis for safety-critical or legal decisions.
Acceptable use
- Respect the licences and usage policies of the upstream sources, including OpenStreetMap's Nominatim usage policy.
- Do not attempt to circumvent the per-request read ceilings or use Dyaan to bulk-mirror upstream archives.
- You are responsible for the accounts and areas you create.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are advertised on the pricing section but are not yet chargeable in this build; no payment method is collected and no charge can occur.
